What are the directions for actually MAKING the biscuits…use 2 c. of mix, but I don’t see anywhere for what else to use…

  2. Jennifer says:

What do you mix with it to finish making the biscuits? A cup of water?

    Thanks for the recipe!

I love this! I use it just like Bisquick mix, 2c. mix with 1 cup of milk, mix into a soft dough. Knead a few times on the counter, pat out and cut w/biscuit cutter. Bake at 450* for abt 12-15 min.
Oh, and I DO like to butter my pan and put melted butter on the tops of the biscuits before baking (but you don’t have to.. ;-) )

Waiting for the answer to “what to add to finish making the biscuits”.

  4. Polly says:

With the buttermilk powder, you would use at least 1/2 cup of water to 2 cups of mix. Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine ingredients and mix for 30 seconds or just until mixture comes together. Turn out onto a lightly floured board; knead 10 times and cut into rounds using a floured biscuit cutter. Arrange biscuits on a lightly greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 7-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown (depends upon size of biscuits).
