I need a recipe for tomato dumplings. My grandmother cooked fresh tomatoes and sweetened them. They would thicken up and she would drop the dumplings on top and cook. There was no cheese in these or any other seasoning. I don’t know how she did it and would like a recipe if anyone has one. I posted on another website and got one with cheese and nothing like my grandmothers. They were delicious. Kind of like a berry dumpling only using tomatoes. She made tomato jam too.
