Southwestern Crockpot Chicken
2 pounds chicken (boneless)
2 large cans diced tomatoe w/jalepno
1 small can diced green chilies
1 small can tomato paste
1 sliced onion
1 sliced green bellpepper
1 sliced red bell pepper
2 teaspoons chicken boullion
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in crockpot and mix. cook on low 6 to 9 hours or 4 hours on high. Serve over rice or noodles. This freezes well.
