Quick and Easy Flatbread Recipe

Don’t panic when the grocery store is out of bread, or when you’re trying to avoid having to go to the store. It’s surprisingly easy to make your own bread at home with just a handful of ingredients. I have an extensive tutorial on baking bread at home, but if you want to make something even quicker and easier with ingredients you already have in your pantry, give this skillet flatbread a try. It’s delicious and very quick and easy to make. It’s fun and the perfect addition to any soup or stew, or even a light salad for lunch.


This flatbread tastes best warm out of the skillet. It will keep for a day or two wrapped in a clean towel. You can also freeze it. To reheat, put it back in a dry skillet over medium-low heat for a few minutes.
