1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Shredded Lettuce
3 Roma or 1 Large Tomato
1 Pound Bacon
Salt and Pepper to taste
*1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Chop tomato. Fry bacon, drain, then crumble. Mix all together. Chill for 1hour to let flavors blend. Serve with crackers of vegetables.
