Oreo Madness
Easiest dessert you’ll ever make! This cost me $4.22 to make. It’s frugal and tasty! It makes 12 muffin-sized desserts. You could also use most sized pans, and then cut them into squares after refrigerating.
1 package of Oreos, crushed to chunky crumbs
1 package (8 ounces) of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted after 20 minutes
Mix (I used my Kitchen Aid) Oreos and cream cheese. Use a 1/4 cup(measuring cup) or a scoop, and press the balls into a silicone(or regular!) muffin pan(it will be filled half-way). Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Pop the Oreo treats out of the pan.
Melt the cup of chocolate chips, and using a spoon, spread the melted chocolate on top of the dessert. It really is madness!
I have made these as truffles as well, and they were a huge success. A little messier, but still the same great taste!
