Ways To Use Up A Bounty Of Winter Squash
Our local Mennonite market has a big sale at the end of the season and sells off everything very cheaply. Most of it tends to be winter squashes. I need suggestions on how to use these other than baked with butter and either sugar or salt & pepper.
