Help With Noodle Soups

Whenever I make any kind of noodle soup, and put the leftovers in the fridge, the noodles continue to “soak up” the broth and I end up with a soggy-noodle brothless soup the next day.

I've tried canning noodle soup and that makes the noodle s even worse. So, I can my soup without noodles and add the noodles when I serve it.

But how do I keep the leftovers for lunch the next day? You can BUY noodle soup in cans, so there must be a way to get the noodles to stop absorbing the liquid.
