Easiest Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter,smooth or crunchy
1 cup sugar
Extra sugar for topping
Mix the 3 ingredients together till mixed. Scoop and press with a glass/fork. Top with sugar. Bake 350 about 10 mins.
