Crockpot Breakfast Supreme

  • butter (for buttering your crockpot)
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 med. onion
  • 2 cups green peppers
  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • 2 cups ham (cubed)
  • 1 package of bacon (fried and chopped)
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 can of green beans (drained)
  • 1/4 lb of velvetta cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 stick of butter or margarine (cubed)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Butter your crockpot or use crockpot liner. In a big bowl scramble up the eggs, then add all other ingredients. Stir everything together and pour it into your crockpot. Start it on low late in the evening (right before you go to bed). It will be ready in the morning just in time for breakfast. Serve with toast.
