Cherry Tomato And Mozzarella Salad

4 cups ripe cherry tomatoes
6-8ozs. fresh mozzarella cheese balls (smaller ones are good for this recipe)
1/4cup torn or chopped basil leaves
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice (to your own taste)
Sea salt (to your taste)
Cut tomatoes and mozzarella balls into halves. Mix in basil an olive oil.
Season with lemon juice and sea salt.
This salad is great as an appetizer or for a light brunch.
