Turkey loaf

Makes 4 servings

  • 2 pounds ground turkey, uncooked
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, soft
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk

Mix all ingredients and form into a 7-inch round loaf. Place in bottom of crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
