Tuna Jackstraws Casserole

Makes 6 servings

  • 1 (4-ounce) can shoestring potatoes, divided
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (7-ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (6-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (4 1/2-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Combine 3/4 of potatoes, soup, tuna, milk and mushrooms in a greased 13″ x 9″ baking dish. Sprinkle remaining potatoes on top. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
