Pasta Primavera

Makes 4 servings

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups cooked spaghetti

1.  In a large saucepan, combine the first seven ingredients.  Cook uncovered over medium heat until vegetables are tender – about 12 minutes.

2.  Stir in Spaghetti – heat through
