This is great! It’s cheap and takes an 1/2 hour to make.

I made this last night and served it over spanish rice, it’s so good.
We do this all the time. Quick & easy and the kids love it. I never have leftovers with this meal.
I made this last night and it was so quick and easy. My whole family thought it was really good. I added chopped olives. Definately something I will make again.
This recipe isn’t as cheap as making your own burritos, then freeze some for doing this recipe at a later time. Making your own enchilada sauce takes just 3 or 4 minutes and is tons cheaper than buying it in a can.
so how about that enchilada sauce recipe?
Yeah, I need that recipe also. i’ve made an enchilada sauce that takes about 30 minutes. But for these I prefer my chili gravy w some cooked, crumbled ground beef and extra onion.Delish!!
