Chicken Broccoli Casserole

- 2 cups brown rice cooked
- 1 cup chicken white, cooked (skin
before cooking)
- 2 cups broccoli cooked
- 1 cup evaporated milk skim
- 1 can cream of chicken soup low fat
- Parmesan cheese
This recipe makes 4 servings.
Layer rice, chicken, and broccoli in a 9" x
13" baking pan.
Mix evaporated skim milk and cream of
chicken soup and pour evenly over other
ingredients. Top with a light sprinkle of
Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes or until heated through.
