This recipe seems to be easy and simple to prepare. I will try it soon. Another way to spruce up plain vanilla ice cream is to make a Purple Cow.
Just add half a cup of 100% grape juice to one cup vanilla ice cream. This is one way to get the picky little ones to have a serving of juice, and one way to get me to eat vanilla ice cream (chocolate being my favorite)(lol). Anyway, give a Purple Cow a try, they are very tasty and refreshing on a hot summer day.
