my mother made this and i grew up with it. but it is just the basic white sauce recipe with tomatoe paste added to it. makes a smooth sauce. is easy to make and quick
use 3 tablespoon bacon drippings after cooking your bacon
you may add a lil chopped onion and saute if you wish
add 3 tablespoons flour and brown it in the drippings
add regular can petite diced tomatos and cup and half water of chicken broth
when this begins to thicken
crumble some bacon into pan cover and simmer
