Corn Casserole

This is a real “hit” at potlucks and so easy to make.

1 can whole corn
1 can cream corn
2 eggs
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/4 cup sugar (or any other sweetener you prefer)

Mix all together in a bowl and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 glass dish

Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown on top (about 30-40 min.)
