- 4 lean ground beef patties
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cube beef bouillon crushed
This recipe makes 4 servings.
1. Place hamburger patties in pan and gently
fry until brown and done to your liking.
Remove from the pan.
2. Then to the drippings in the pan, add
remaining ingredients.
3. Simmer until it is as thick as you
like, and then serve over hamburgers.
