Creamed Tuna on Toast

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant minced onions
  • 1 (15-ounce) can sweet peas, drained
  • 1 (6-ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained, flaked
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
  • 6 to 8 slices bread, toasted, buttered if desired 

Combine the milk, soup and onion in a medium-sized pot. Cook the mixture over medium heat and continue stirring until the mixture is smooth.

Stir in the peas, the drained tune and the pimientos. Cook until everything is heated through on low heat. Serve on toast.
