Cranberry Chicken

  • 8 chicken legs (or chicken half breast )
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 8 ounces Russian or western dressing
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Rinse the chicken breast and put it in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Turn your oven to 300 degrees so it has a chance to preheat while you prepare the sauce.

Get out a medium bowl and pour the cranberries, the salad dressing and the soup mix. Stir it to combine. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake everything uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.

Server with Rice or noodles and a side salad, green beans or some cut up fruit.
