I’m looking for a recipe my Grandma called Pineapple Brownies, but it was more like a tender white cake like bar, very moist with crushed pineapple and frosted with powdered sugar icing. She made them in the 1960s. I have been looking it for years. Thanks

I think this is what you`re looking for. This is scrumptious. Make as cupcakes or in a 9″X13″ pan and bake as usual.
Pineapple cupcakes or cake:
1 box yellow or white cake mix (Pilsbury or Duncan Hines)
1 20 oz can Dole Crushed Pineapple(Do Not Drain)
Put cake mix, 1/3 cup butter, 3 eggs and crushed pineapple in bowl and mix. Do not use water the cake recipe calls for. Mix well, divide into cupcakes wraps and bake at 350 until done
