- 8 ounces bologna
- 4 slices cheese of your choice
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- Pickles or olives for garnish
This recipe makes 4 servings.
Place on a clean surface 1 slice whole
wheat bread.
Use a rolling pin and roll over bread to
flatten.
Spread on bread 1/2 teaspoon mustard.
Place meat then cheese on bread. Roll up,
making a fat roll. Stick two long toothpicks
through the Roll-Up to hold it together.
Wrap in a paper towel.
Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) for
30 seconds or just until cheese melts.
Remove from microwave oven.
Wait for 1 minute for cheese to cool a
little.
If you wish, decorate the ends of the
toothpicks with small pickle or pickle
slice, or an olive.
Or you can cut sandwich in half before
serving. Remove picks before eating.
