Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipes

As you know I’m a big fan of quick and easy ground beef dishes. A family favorite is Beef Stroganoff. I often make it in the crockpot and it’s always a big hit. Today I was browsing around online and came across a few different recipes that looked promising. I thought I’d share them here… let me know if you’ve tried any of them and how you liked them. Cheap, Fast and Easy to make, and Very Delicious. You can serve this over Rice or Noodles I have not found anyone who does not like this. My Dad called this “Poor Man’s Stroganoff”

Note: My biggest take-away from this blog post was to serve the finished Stroganoff over rice instead of noodles. Not sure why I’ve never thought of that.
