If you don’t have a problem with raw eggs, this is my favorite. You can make it richer using whole milk or half and half. An extra egg will make it “eggier”.
Blender Egg Nog
2 eggs
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 Cups milk
Dash Salt
1/2 Cup crushed ice
Nutmeg
Place eggs in blender with sugar and blend until creamy and lemony in color. Add vanilla, milk, salt and ice. Blend until ice is melted. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg. Great for a quick breakfast.

To add to Denise’s post, you should strongly consider using a pasteurized egg in egg nog. They are just like normal eggs, except the salmonella is removed from inside and outside of the shell.

i like a little cinnnamon and cloves in eggnog too, besides the nutmeg, but you have to use spices sparingly or you overwhelm the eggy taste.

On the Blender Egg Nog from Denise… How long do you think it could be stored in the refrigerator. Or should I just give it the smell and taste test to see if it is still good. Thanks.
