    Crock Pot Chili

2 (14.5 or 15 oz each) cans of kidney beans, drained
    2 lbs. ground beef, browned
2 (14.5 or 15 oz each) cans of tomatoes
    2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
    1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 to 3 Tablespoons chili powder
    1 Tablespoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon pepper
Cumin to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
Salt to taste (about ½ Tablespoon)

Place drained kidney beans in the Crock Pot
Put the browed ground beef in next
    Add chopped onion & pepper
In a blender, mix together tomatoes, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, pepper & brown sugar
Pour blended tomato mixture over ingredients in crock Pot
    Cover & cook on low for 10 – 12 hours or high for 5 – 6 hours.

Don’t see why you could not mix and match beans according to your tastes.

Also, neither my husband nor I like chunky tomatoes in our chili. You can eliminate the blender and put everything in the crock-pot in the order listed.

In a crockpot or large covered pot mix together:

1 lb. browned ground beef with chopped onions (drained)
(I like to add salt and pepper to taste)
1 large can Hunt’s chili beans
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can black beans
2 (15 oz.) cans of tomato sauce
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 cup frozen white shoepeg corn

Stir together and simmer until warmed all the way through. Keep stirring periodically. When ready to serve, ladle into bowls and serve with tortilla chips.

    Top with: Shredded cheddar cheese
    Sour cream
Chopped white onions or green onions
    Cilantro

Here’s what we do. Brown 1 lb. beef (opt.), and dump that with your beans into the crock pot. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 pkg. of chili spices. Stir all together and let it cook! You can add onions or whatnot, but it’s up to you. Enjoy!
