- 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 Tbs. grated onion
- 4 oz. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cook broccoli according to directions on box. Combine cooked, drained broccoli, onion and stuffing mix.
Place in 2 qt. greased casserole.
Pour melted butter on top.
Combine soups and spoon over casserole mixture (do not mix in).
Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
Remove lid and continue baking for 15 minutes.
