Free and Cheap Kindle Cookbooks June 12th – Grilling, Smoothies, Frozen Yogurt and Civil War Era Food
My usual summer morning routine got a little thrown off today. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch knitting on a sock first thing this morning and kept doing that for a little while instead of working. Sometimes it’s nice to just take a break and do something you love to do. Then it was time to drive my daughter to camp and get some groceries. I got a little work done in between, but am just now settling in at my desk. That’s ok though. Everyone else is busy doing their own thing and I have some time to browse and share kindle cookbooks with you, write up a few more frugal summer fun tips and work on the next few kindle cookbooks of course. I hope you’re enjoying your summer so far (even though it’s not officially summer yet).

Salads From Around the World
I love salads in the summer. They are perfect for lunch and with some toppings and a slice of homemade bread they are great for dinner too. I also like making international dishes, learning and teaching my family about the country’s culture along the way. This book is perfect for combining the two and making some interesting lunches and dinners all summer long.
Cooking is a bit like Alchemy, isn’t it… especially when it comes to using all sorts of different herbs and spices. I love both the title and the content of this particular cookbook.
